Ok, get ready for picture overload, because how cute is this outfit?? I seriously love everything about it. Especially the navy + white combination in all aspects: i.e decor, accessories, clothes. So crisp, so clean, just perfect. This outfit consists entirely of classic wardrobe staples, and I've composed five of the most essential navy and white pieces for any season.
1. Classic Boatneck: Of course. What could be more versatile than a striped boatneck? I honestly go through variations of this shirt every season. This particular one is from J.Crew, but you can't go wrong with a Saint James Breton Stripe or a Peter Beaton.
One // Two // Three
Four // Five
3. White Pants: I drink/spill coffee too often for them to stay white for very long. I love white clothing because it's so crisp, but I always find that I have to purchase white staples each season because they get discolored or even a little 'off-white'. So I wouldn't suggest spending a lot on a pair of white pants. These are from Gap, and I love how they aren't see-through (a big problem when buying white pants).
4. Daniel Wellington: I could go on and on about this, which I have already done here! So if you are curious about getting a DW, look no further than this review.
5. Bow Flats: Again, another classic. Funny story about these shoes... they're from the kids' section at Brooks Brothers! I thought they were so cute, and the girls' shoes go up to a Size 6, which fits like a Women's Size 7. The patent look of these dress them up and remind me of these Ferragamo Varina flats but at a wayyy better price, that's for sure.
