Pink & Gold Party! {Food & Drinks Bar}

The sparkling cider and champagne glasses were for the toast when it was ready to cut the cake!

I used half pint size mason jars which were smaller than the ones I was used to seeing, but they turned out to be perfect for sipping.

I made these cute little pom poms out of tissue paper in various colors and sizes. Check out the tutorial here. I was planning on hanging them up and I ran out of time (whoops) BUT they looked just as adorable sitting out on the tables in the kitchen and the patio.

Instead of a typical "birthday" party, I decided to throw something a little different and more mature  for my 18th birthday. I had never really had a big birthday party before, but being the Pinterest addict that I am, I was totally envious of all the cute party ideas and themes, so I decided that I would put my countless pinning hours to the test! I had SO much fun planning the theme, food, and entertainment.
The theme of the party was a Kate Spade inspired Pink and Gold Garden Party. It was absolutely PERFECT. The whole thing went down without any problems and everyone had a blast! I got most of my ideas from Pinterest and later I will put up some tutorials..maybe, but for now, enjoy these pictures from my party!
