It's two days away people, and I know i'm not the only single lady to block the holiday out of my mind. Don't get me wrong, I love to have a reason to bake treats or give gifts, but since i'm single this year... and every year for that matter, Valentine's Day is just an excuse for me give gifts to my friends and eat chocolate. These little gifts are perfect for a boyfriend/girlfriend, or if you're single like me, you're girlfriends! It's not only cheap, but it's also really easy to make. Flowers are cute and all, but let's be real. You can't eat flowers.
I made these with Christmas colored M&Ms a while back for some easy Last-Minute Christmas Snacks. Both of the recipes in that post can easily be transferred to V-Day with red and pink M&M's.
What You'll Need:
Mason Jars (I got mine in a pack of 24 at Walmart for about $10)
Valentine's Day M&Ms
Pretzels (Preferable the grid shaped ones)
Some cute red/pink ribbon
Step 1: Preheat over to 360. Spread out pretzels on a pan w/ wax paper.
Step 2: Unwrap the Hershey's kisses and place one in the middle of each pretzel.
Step 3: Place in over for about 7 or 8 minutes OR until the kiss is shiny and a little droopy.
Step 4: Take them out of the oven and immediately put an M&M on in the middle of each kiss.
Step 5: Place in the freezer until they are hard and slide them off the pan.
Place a handful in each mason jar and tie a festive ribbon around the jar, and voila! Yummy Valentine's Day gift in under 30 minutes!
